Tiny domaine and their top wine. Pretty well unobtainable now....I can't find it worldwide on wine-searcher.

"Even darker and more limpid and youthful in colour than the 1995 Mazis Chambertin. A very dense nose, there is a real opulence here with macerated maraschino cherries, gingerbread, cedar, blueberry and vanillin. Riper and more perfumed than the 1995. After time in the glass it evolves an extraordinary scent of Indian spice. The palate is full-bodied, beautifully balanced with saturated tannins. Sweet ripe black cherry fruit, very concentrated with touches of plum, game and orange zest. An entrancing Mazis-Chambertin that appears to be evolving at a glacial pace. An extraordinary wine considering the limitations of the growing season. Such vibrancy and succulence on the finish, so much so that it almost render the wine one-dimensional compared to the 1995. Tasted March 2008."

"....the 1993 Mazis-Chambertin, which must surely contend for one of the wines of the vintage. A startling deep, youthful colour presages are compellingly complex nose of macerated maraschino cherries, gingerbread, cedar, blueberry and vanillin. The palate fails to understand that it is supposed to age with time with sinewy tannins, immense depth with dark cherry, plum, game and orange zest leading towards a succulent finish. It left the room amazed, including a smitten Anthony Hanson."
