It blends 60 % Pinot Noir (Montagne‑de‑Reims & Vallée de la Marne) with 40 % Chardonnay (Côte des Blancs), with approximately 20 % of the blend fermented in oak barrels, partial malolactic treatment, and aged on lees for around a decade.
