nExceptional vintage. nThe Spring was cold and wet. June, July and August warm and dry with considerable temperature range and rain falls at regular intervals. September was cold and dry. The harvest started on September 20th…!and was cold and dry. Grapes were healthy, with thick skins and rich in colour. The must resulted rich in sugar, extract and acidity, with a low Ph. Only grapes that come from the Estate vineyards are vinified. Uncork and pour out a bit of wine from the bottles at least 8 hours before serving.nnWine critic and Brunello expert Kerin O’Keefe described the 2004 vintage as a masterpiece form Franco Biondi Santi, on her book ‘Brunello di Montalcino, Understanding and appreciating one of the Italy’s Greatest Wines’.nnDrink now or keep it in the cellar,nshould drink best 2024-2054nnThe bottle and labels are in perfect condition.nBottle number: 02471nAnnual production: 11866nAgeing: 3 years in Slavonian oak casksnServing temperature: 18C
