Bollinger James Bond 007 45th Anniversary Champagne

Champagne Bollinger introduces the Special Cuvee 007 Limited Edition, a celebration of one of cinema’s most iconic partnerships. This exclusive release marries Bollinger’s signature Special Cuvee with the bold sophistication of 007, marking more than 45 years as the Official Champagne of James Bond.

2025 also marks 40 years since the release of A View To A Kill, the 1985 James Bond film starring Roger Moore in his final outing as 007 alongside Tanya Roberts as the striking Stacey Sutton.

Bollinger Special Cuvee is crafted from a high proportion of Pinot Noir, supported by Chardonnay and Meunier, with reserve wines aged in magnums adding depth and complexity.

In the glass it shows a golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of ripe orchard fruit, brioche and roasted nuts are layered with subtle spice.
The palate is full-bodied yet precise, delivering flavours of apple, pear, citrus zest and fresh walnut.
Balanced by a refined minerality and long, elegant finish.
Presented in a refined black collector’s case, capturing the iconic opening sequence, with a striking gold gun-barrel motif framing Bond’s silhouette at the centre.
