Description

A Pure Single-Vineyard Pinot Noir from Côte-de-Béchalin, Aube. Released under the Inflorescence label, this Champagne sources from the famed La Parcelle vineyard in Côte-de-Béchalin. Though Cédric Bouchard often didn’t make the wine himself initially, he curated it and released it under his estate label. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, grown on Kimmeridgian chalk soils in the Aube, this micro-production sparkling is itself a collector's rarity. Only ever a few thousand bottles annually, making it one of Champagne’s most exclusive grower bottlings.

Minor scuff and deterioration of back label as seen in pictures, excellent condition otherwise. This is a rare offering representing the pinnacle of grower Champagne: a single-vineyard, single-vintage Brut Blanc de Noirs of intense pedigree. Ideal for serious collectors or sommeliers with a refined taste for Champagne of purity, terroir, and artisanal origin.
