Description

A perpetual reserve that gives aromas of great complexity, the potential of this champagne is revealed even more in decanter, a champagne of meditation.


Vineyards: Venteuill, Reuill and Binson-Orquigny

Assemblage: 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine

Vinification: 60% in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and 40% in oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation.
Aged on cork for 4 years

Dosage: 5 g/L

Nose: Elegant, ripe citrus, red fruit, prune plum, liquorice, wild strawberry, cherry, violet, brioche, almond

Palate: Roundness, balance with the intensity of red fruits, saline and fine finish

Food Pairing: Perfect with Provencal dishes based on fish, lobster and cheese
