Bought via BFW in January 2018 from a reputable seller & stored in my Eurocave until 2020 at which point it was transferred to Nickolls & Perks temperature controlled storage until May 23 & it is now in my Eurocave. Fill level is into the neck & as you can see the bottle is in excellent condition. See notes below-

99/100, Jeff Leve, The Wine Cellar Insider- November 2021, Still young, this is evolving at a glacial pace, yet there is no denying the greatness of this bottle. Deep in colour, the wine pops with notes of licorice, black plum liqueur, dark cherries, chocolate, expresso, truffle and rose petals on the nose. With incredible levels of density the wine coats the palate with liquifide plums, black cherry liqueur, dark chocolate and roast espresso that coats your palate and sticks with you for over 60 seconds. Be patient here as the wine demands at least 5 years and maybe 7- 8 more years in the cellar. More-

98/100, Gilbert and Gaillard, tasted March 2010, very intense colour, expressive nose, already unvaling a broad spectrum of fragrances: black fruits, a mineral dimension, licorice, a hint of undergrowth. Although the palate is very dense, the tannins are also very refined, hence a sensation of harmony fullness. A superlative wine.
