One bottle of this premium Cahors producer, in pristine condition, stored in my temperature controlled cellar since purchase.

Three 2012 tasting notes on Cellartracker, with ratings from 88, 89 and 90 points. Here's the most detailed of the notes:
"Deep dark inky colour. Black cherries, red berries, licorice, vanilla and eucalyptus on the nose. Very big in the mouth with layers of fruit and quite a savory character. Medium/full body, medium acidity and chewy tannins. Loved it with salted cod, also good on it's own."
