Description

This bottle came with the Chateau Margaux 1889. Though there is no date on the label, the negociants are the same, as is the design of the label so I am estimating that it is around the same date, 1889. A piece of history produced at the same time as the Eiffel Tower opened. Level half way down label, but the highest of the 5 bottles (there is another Margaux and Giscours). Capsule top missing. Capsule will be protected for delivery. I guess at this level, undrinkable but what a piece of history! Unique. Ideal present for the imaginative teetotal aficionado!
