About the wine:
Château Jolys is a long-established Jurançon estate in the Pyrenean foothills, specializing in late-harvest Petit Manseng with support from Gros Manseng and Courbu.
The 1997 vintage delivered generous ripeness with the region’s hallmark acidity.
Expect passion fruit and pineapple, candied lemon peel, acacia honey and spice, balanced by a bright, saline snap on the finish. Lovely with blue cheeses, foie gras/pâté, fruit tarts or simply chilled after dinner.
