La Tour Blanche is a Premier Cru Classé estate in Bommes, known for richly botrytised Sémillon-led wines with lift from Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle.
The 1983 vintage is one of the great Sauternes years, delivering concentration, complexity and excellent longevity.
Expect candied pineapple, orange marmalade, apricot, almond brittle and saffron, with honeyed depth, silky texture and a long, spice-tinged finish.

Bottle/condition:
