Description

Loads of ripe currants, licorice and toasted oak on the nose. Subtle yet impressive. Full-bodied, with a solid core of ripe fruit and chewy tannins. Big and juicy. Deep midpalate for a 2002. This is the wine of the vintage. A solid, classic Latour that needs bottle age.(03/05) 96 points Robert Parker

Tasted by mwanasheria on 5/18/2011 & rated 96 points: As awesome as the previous bottle.

Tasted by Grenik on 4/29/2011 & rated 95 points: Martin Weiner's Magnificent Ch.
