Description

You are bidding on a magnum (150cl) bottle of 1995 Chateau Léoville-Barton from the left bank St Julien region of Bordeaux. The label is a bit disfigured but the levels are superb and the wine is stored in a temperature and humidity controlled cellar. The wine is a Cabernet-Sauvignon based claret grown on the gravelly clay based soils in the east of the world famous St Julien region. There are layers of ripe fruit, berry, cedar, vanilla and a light spice with silky tannins and a long finish.
