Description

You are bidding on a bottle of Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1999 Vintage.
The bottle itself is still preserved in the original presentation wooden box with the chateau's logo imprinted on it (see pictures).

As a result, although I cannot prove it, the bottle inside will be in perfect condition and all labels will be intact.

The 99' vintage is described; 'the beautiful 1999 Mouton Rothschild may be a modern day clone of their 1962 or 1985. Its saturated ruby/purple color is followed by sumptuous aromas of cedar wood, creme de cassis, wood smoke, coffee, and dried herbs. The wine is forward, lush, and full-bodied. It is already complex as well as succulent, fleshy, and long. A complex, classic mouton.' -reviewed by Robert Parker.

I feel I have set a reasonable starting price for this auction. Please take into account that this is still in the original box which would really increase the value of the bottle if you are looking at this for an investment (it will still be maturing in 2030!).
