“Cherries and mixed berries on the nose, smoky and roasted notes, dried herbs and spices, mineral notes and some notes of black olives. Firm and quite cool in the mouth, ripe and delicately tart fruit, fairly prominent, astringent tannins, noticeable acidity, cedar wood on the palate, appears quite austere, although it has substance and is fairly creamy, fairly undeveloped, somewhat astringent, but otherwise attractive to good finish.”
(Red wine) is Blend from the Noble grapes such as the Cabernet - Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and some Cinsaut.
