Synonymous with Italian wines of excellent quality, whose range ranges from ready-to-drink products to precious rarities for special occasions.

Chianti Colli Senesi is perhaps Chianti's most significant subzone, located on the hills surrounding Siena in the southern part of the Chianti region. The area overlaps some of Tuscany's most famous wine names – Montalcino, Montepulciano, and San Gimignano – with the Chianti Colli Senesi title used to cover Sangiovese-based wines from the less prestigious vineyards of the area.

In Italy, Brunello di Montalcino, top Chianti Classico and Super Tuscans are, in general, a better bet than Barolo and Barbaresco.
