Description

PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCER
Christophe Pichon worked alongside his father before taking over alone, in 1991, the estate established in the Parc du Pilat: 25 hectares today, spread over the Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph and Cornas appellations. Corentin, his son, returned to the estate after a stay in Australia, is now in charge of vinification and aging of the wines.
Cultivation method: Reasoned Agriculture
Grapes: Syrah
A model of finesse, imperceptible tannins and just a soft roundness on a beautiful, very pure fruit. No fuss, he's just waiting for a corkscrew and some friends
3 perfectly preserved bottles, in cellar, labels, cork, and wine level in excellent condition.
