Château d’Angludet has a longstanding reputation for consistency and traditional winemaking within Margaux. The appellation is known for producing wines of perfume, supple tannins, and refined structure, often more about elegance than weight, particularly in moderate vintages.

The 1993 Bordeaux vintage was variable, shaped by unsettled weather conditions. Wines tend to be lighter in structure, with earlier maturity. This is not a vintage for power or longevity, but one that offers accessible, honest drinking with developed character. In the glass, a softened garnet hue with brick at the rim. The nose shows classic tertiary notes, cedar, worn leather, dried red fruits, and a touch of earthy spice.
