Description

N.B. Bottles look different colours because of the light in the photo, they are the same colour.

This wine expresses itself on its delicacy of fruit. On the palate, the limestone minerality gives it length and persistence. To be enjoyed alone or with grilled fish.

The locality Les Chasseignes is frequent on the appellation Sancerre. This local nominative designates a soil of Caillottes: soil and limestone subsoil shallow stones interlaced with each other.

The Chasseignes where are located our vineyards are located in the North-East of the village of Sury-en-Vaux at an altitude of 270 meters. The vines are exposed Southeast, in the sun and the wind from morning to evening.

Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel vats (70%) and casks (30%) for 7 to 8 months followed by bottling before the summer.
