Description

This wine has been stored since purchase at the correct temperature in a private wine cellar.

The Autentico Malbec has an intense inky colour with violet hues. Aromas of black fruit, cherries, white mulberry and figs combine with hints of spice and minerality. On the palate, this wine is robust and concentrated, with crisp acidity and ripe finely-grained tannins that provide structure and balance. Colome are the legends of Cafayate, the super high altitude desert area in the North of Argentina. There Autentico is one of their best single vineyard sites situated at 3000 metres it makes it one of the highest altitude vineyards in the world. With this you get incredible concentration, but most importantly get very refined elegance. The Malbec grapes come from 90 year-old vines, giving superb fruit concentration and complexity.
