Description

1 x Bottle in excellent condition.

Named after the condition that affects very old vines where one arm of the vine tends to die off and concentrate the flavours in the remaining arm.
The 1999 Dead Arm Shiraz is as natural and unmanipulated a product of the vineyard as one can find. Full-bodied and awesomely rich, notes of black pepper, licorice and blackberry as well as cherry liqueur, cascade over the palate with enormous concentration and intensity, a highly structured and muscular style.
It is a timeless museum piece made in a style that can only be produced in Barossa or Mclaren vale. Robert Parker 96 points.
