The expression of a vintage is not fixed in time. Instead, it evolves in stages. The P2 or Second Plenitude offers a brand new expression of a single Vintage Champagne after more than 15 years in the making.

Following seventeen years of bottle age in the underground chalk cellars of the Dom Pérignon Champagne House, the Dom Pérignon 2002 Vintage Plénitude 2 allows the vintage to enter a new era of its evolution, offering a window of how it is at this point in time.

Transformed by the many years spent evolving in bottle in the estate cellar, the Second Plénitude of Dom Pérignon 2002 has reached the peak of its vitality. The Dom Pérignon 2002 Vintage Plénitude 2 is ready to unveil the new dimension of its vintage, a dimension that offers a kind of complexity, depth and intensity that only time can achieve. A certain power and richness combine with a delicious complexity, freshness and minerality.

Warm, gourmand and exotic, this champagne charms the nose with its bright aromas. Touches of candied fruits, frangipane and sweet spices follow refined notes of saffron. Gradually, the aromatic bouquet becomes more mysterious, more restrained, evolving iodised and saline notes.
