Domaine de Montbourgeau is a benchmark family estate in L’Étoile, Jura, known for classical, old-barrel élevage and a bright, limestone-driven style.

Cuvée Spéciale is traditionally Chardonnay with a touch of Savagnin, raised in old foudres and barrels with light sous-voile character, giving subtle oxidative notes without the full intensity of vin jaune.

The ripe 2015 Jura vintage brings concentration and depth: baked apple and pear, lemon zest, toasted hazelnut, warm spice and a saline, chalky finish.
