This Vendanges Tardives Gewurztraminer comes from the Herrenweg de Turckheim vineyard, a site known for producing rich, aromatic wines with the structure to age.

Zind-Humbrecht is widely regarded as a reference producer for serious, long-lived Alsace wines.

The 1989 vintage is a canonical vintage for late harvest and botrytis affected Alsatian wines.
