Description

Still slightly closed on the nose, but showing lovely classical style. The palate has that delightful sense of space that the slight natural dilution of 2004 often gives, with a mild green/gravelly note that recalls the bordeaux of the past. There is real harmony and length here; the future is bright. Alex Hunt MW (October 2015) JancisRobinson.com

This lot forms part of a private collection acquired over the past decade primarily from auction. The cases were kept in a cellar of a substantial Victorian property in West London while the loose bottles were stored in a Eurocave wine cabinet. Now lying at LCB VT.
