Award-Winning Elegance from Akita Prefecture

This is the beautiful Junmai Ginjo expression from the esteemed Kimura Shuzo (established 1615), known in the UK as 'Gentle Breeze.' It represents the perfect balance between delicate aroma and sophisticated flavor, making it highly accessible and a fantastic food-pairing sake.

Crafted using local Miyamanishiki rice (or similar premium sake rice) polished to a superb 55% (Ginjo grade), the result is a silky, ethereal sake that is multiple-award-winning at international competitions like the International Wine Challenge and Kura Master.

Type: Junmai Ginjo (Pure Rice, 55% Polish Ratio)

Style: Light-bodied, slightly dry (or Subdued/Modest), with a silky texture.
