About the wine:
From the volcanic soils of Santorini, this Assyrtiko is wild-fermented (native yeasts) and matured in a combination of small wood (French & American) and stainless vessels.
A straw-gold colour; aromas of citrus, white stone fruit and gentle toasted oak.
On the palate it shows focused mineral backbone, crisp acidity, and a saline finish with fine texture.
Suggest leaving for another 1-3 years or drink now with care.

Critic’s View:
“94 AVG … The nose shows intense aromas of white berries and flowers with vanilla notes coming from the wood aging. The taste is very elegant and mineral, with an almost crunchy texture and excellent acidity.”
