A rare wine of the highest quality, the Trockenbeerenauslese is created from a selected picking of dried, very ripe berries that have been affected by „noble" rot.

Color: Golden yellow
Nose: Apricot and cloves
Palate: Treading the palate to hints of nutmeg, cloves, honey, apricot and citrus. Complex, rich and harmonious finish
The wine is rich and concentrated with complex tones that treat the nose and palate to hints of nutmeg, clove, honey, apricot and citrus. Trockenbeerenauslese literally translated means 'dry-berry-selection'.
Food pairing: Flavorful and rich, this wine may be enjoyed with pâté de foie gras, fruits and all kind of sweets
