Description

Wine Producers often have bin ends and small volumes that they want to shift to move on to new vintages. In Australia they are sold as "Clean Skins" and in France they tend to be called "Declassified". Companies such as Ulysses Cazabone do fine examples. We are looking at launching the same sort of idea for English Wines and this is a trial to see how it goes.
Under it's branded label, this MV has English Quality Sparkling Wine PDO. It won a Silver Medal in the Wine GB Awards and has been written up by som top Wine Journalists. If is largely based on 2015 although there are some reserve wines back to 2010. A small proportion of the base wine underwent barrel aging. It retails around the £40-45 mark. It's full bodied and rich in style and has low dosage. It has had three years in bottle post disgorgement.
As we're starting something new, we thought we'd start off at the top!
