Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a premium Japanese gin crafted in Kyoto by The Kyoto Distillery.

It’s made using a base of rice spirit and a carefully balanced blend of Japanese botanicals, all distilled separately and then blended using pure Fushimi water, famous for its softness.

Key characteristics:

Style: Dry, elegant, and balanced

Botanicals: Yuzu, Japanese cypress (hinoki), bamboo, gyokuro tea, green sansho pepper, and more

Aroma: Fresh citrus, floral notes, subtle herbal and spice tones

Palate: Clean and smooth with bright yuzu, gentle sweetness from rice spirit, soft spice, and a crisp herbal finish

Finish: Refined, dry, and lingering
