Description

This wine is now known as La Mission Haut Brion, blanc, following a name change some time ago. Dry Bordeaux does not come much better than this.

Notes on the vintage as supplied by the chateau available on request. Production in 202 was in miniscule quantities less than 6,000 bottles (497 cases) so comes into the category of as rare as hens teeth! Wine-Searcher lists only one broker in the UK but probably no stocks here as shipping quoted as four to ten weeks. Their DP price is £140; my reserve well below this figure.

Drinking to 2030 (average score 93/100); will be excellent with the Christmas turkey. And if this unique bottle does not sell ….. I know precisely where it is going!

Absence of detailed photograph regretted due to my inability to shift from camera to PC but bottle in excellent shape - one minor mark on the label and two very small rack-nicks. Kept in cellar-like conditions; ullage into neck.
