Description

It s a lot of heavy white Rhone, I know! Maybe I ll have to split it?

Anyway, Porker thinks it s 99pts; lot s of interesting positive reviews around....albeit possibly a bit young at only 18yo?

I was advised not to break the seal so sadly no pics of the juice, but I can have pics taken if you are serious about bidding.

Provenance: Roberson lost an order of mine back in 2012, and this was their compensation. I was into white rhone then, started collecting Clos des Papes blanc, and Beaucastel VV blanc, but my palate has moved on a bit and I have too much; waay too much.

Unconvincing price indicators on WS; a thin market I d guess. But this wine seems to be around £150/160 on the table. PERFECT PROVENANCE (Well....Roberson!), PERFECT STORAGE (since 2012 at LCB Eton Park). GREAT VINTAGE (according to Porker).

Let s start at 33% discount to retail, ie £100/bt on your table. (£600 reserve).
