Description

I can deliver this wine before Christmas in London and surrounds depending upon prompt payment.
Very unusual white wine from the Gassac valley, a tributary of the herault, Grand Cru quality with help of Prof Emile Peynaud of bordeaux fame. Tasting reveals wax, vanilla, whiff of apricots and honeyed bottle age. After 90 minutes, caramel on the palate, dry but rich.
