Mixed case comprising
6 x 2003 Domaine Gauby Le Soula Rouge 750ml
6 x 2005 Domaine Gauby Le Soula Blanc 750ml

This wine is only made only in very small quantities and has received plaudits from many wine critics, including Jancis Robinson. For a recent review of the winery and some of its wines see http://living.scotsman.com/features/Wine-Body-and-Le-Soula.4738738.jp

I was unable to find a note on the 2005 blanc however I have tasted it and it is both rich and refreshing and equally impressive as other vintages.

Le Soula Red 2003
This has a very attractive fruitiness on the nose, with a real sense of minerality and copious black fruit. There is a mass of fruit on the mid-palate here, and although it has the big tannins of the vintage, the concentration of the fruit and freshness of the cherry skin acidity keeps it fresh. A big wine, but a very good 2003 from the south. 91/100 [Tom Cannavan, wine-pages.com]

The blanc is drinking now and will age.
The rouge will benefit from a few years in the cellar.
