Nicolas Joly is a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture, practicing methods that emphasize a profound connection to the land. The Chenin Blanc grapes for this wine are hand-harvested in multiple passes to ensure optimal ripeness. Renowned for its longevity, this 2005 vintage, with its concentrated flavours and structure, has aged gracefully over the past two decades, offering a unique tasting experience that reflects its terroir and biodynamic origins. Bottle is in exceptional condition having been stored in a purpose built cellar since initial purchase at point of release.
