For sale are 6 x bottles (an unopened case) of the truely spectacular Penfolds Bin 389 from 2010.

Only released a few months ago, most wine merchants have long since sold out of any stocks of Bin 389 that they might have received. Several were selling it on allocation only.

It is hailed by Peter Gago of Penfolds as the best Bin 389 this century and having already opened 4 x bottles of the stuff, I completely agree with him - it is superb.

As you can see from the picture, the case remains unopened and therefore all contents are in an untouched and mint condition state.

I am not willing to auction these, but will sell them below cost at £225.00 plus postage, which is £25.80 by Royal Mail Special Delivery (for parcels between 2kg and 10kg). Majestic recently listed the 2010 Bin 389 at £50.00 a bottle and sold out in a few days. I don't see this case sitting around for long - a superb investment opportunity both for the quality of the wine and the potential increase in value if you want to resell these on in a few years - either way you are likely to win.

I only have two cases left to sell, both are listed as 'buy now' - after these have gone that will be it.

I can accept payment by bank transfer (prefered method) or cheque. I can no longer accept Paypal as I think it is unfair to pass the high charges on to buyers as some other sellers do. I will also accept cash if someone wants to collect in person and save on postage.
