Philipponnat’s millésimé Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir from premier and grand cru sites across the Montagne de Reims and Grande Vallée de la Marne, partially fermented in oak for texture and breadth. Disgorged in 2022 with a 4.5 g/L dosage, it’s a vinous, gastronomic style showing red-apple and cherry fruits, brioche and a chalk-saline finish. Expect energy and structure now, with the depth to age.
