Description

- 2019 Red: 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca, and 30% Tinta Roriz, all from La Rosa’s estate. Foot trodden in granite lagares for an evening before being tranferred to stainless-steel
vats for fermentation. Matured for 12 months in new (30%) and used (70%) French oak
casks. Bottled in March 2021.
- 2018 Red Reserva: 60% Touriga Nacional and 40% mixed grapes from very old vines, all from La Rosa’s estate. Foot trodden in granite lagares for an evening before being tranferred to stainless-steel
vats for fermentation. Matured for 18 months in new (30%) and used (70%) French oak casks. Bottled in November 2020.
2019 White Tim, Grande Reserva: Viosinho (50%) and Arinto (50%) com a fermentação a decorrer nas barricas de carvalho francês, ondestagiou durante 10 meses. Engarrafado em julho de 2020, tendo posteriormente envelhecido em garrafa na cave privada da família durante pelo menos 12 meses.
Este vinho recebeu o nome em homenagem a Tim Berqvist, figura icónica do Douro, fundamental
no relançamento da Quinta de La Rosa em 1988.
