“Dark, bright red. Spicy red berry and blood or- ange aromas are complemented by dried owers and licorice. Musky red fruit, coffee and spice a- vors are given shape and rmness by gentle acid- ity. Finishes long and smooth, with lingering rich- ness.” - I.D. for Vinous,(Jul 2013)

“The mix of sweet spice, ripe cherry and subtle licorice notes is supported by a dense channel of tannins. Well-balanced, this should round into form in a year or two. Fine length. Best from 2015 through 2030.” - B.S. for WineSpectator (June 2013)

“Round and ripe with dried strawberries and light plums. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a shaved chocolate and fruity aftertaste.Tangy and bright. Drink or hold.” - James Suckling (May 2013)

This is just gorgeous right now - at its peak. Will probably stay a few more years at this level, but why wait when it's drinking so well now.
Very hard (if not impossible) to find in the UK. Trading at £60 (incl. VAT) on WineSearcher. Only 2,000 bottles were made, and you are looking at one of the few remaining!
