This is an exquisite Umeshu (plum liqueur) made by the renowned Tatenokawa Shuzo. Unlike mass-produced versions, this premium bottling uses the famous Nanko-ume plums, known for their aromatic fragrance and thick, flavorful flesh, steeped in high-quality Junmai Sake.

The result is a traditional, balanced, and luxurious liqueur perfect as a digestif or cocktail base.

Style: Umeshu (Plum Liqueur)

Base: Junmai Sake

Plum: Premium Nanko-ume

Profile: Rich, complex balance of sweetness and acidity. Notes of marzipan, honey, and ripe stone fruit.

Serving: Ideal served chilled, on the rocks, or mixed with soda water as a "Umeshu Highball."
