Description

A superb example of one of Speyside's most popular single malts, this is The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve, matured for 15 years and finished in rare Limousin French oak casks. This additional maturation imparts greater richness, gentle spice and a silky, creamy texture, setting it apart from the distillery's younger expressions.
On the nose expect honey, ripe orchard fruits, vanilla and toasted almonds, followed by a smooth palate of peach, creamy oak, cinnamon and subtle nutmeg, leading to a long, elegant finish.
The bottle is presented in excellent condition, with a high neck fill level, clean labels and an intact capsule. It also comes with the original Glenlivet presentation box, which has some light scuffs and minor cosmetic wear consistent with storage, but remains sturdy and displays the bottle well.
A classic Speyside single malt from Scotland's original licensed distillery, founded by George Smith in 1824, this is a refined and approachable whisky that is equally suited to collectors, gifting or simply enjoying in a good glass.
