Exclusive Wine ! A Bordeaux blend of herbal Cabernet Franc, plush Merlot and blackcurrant from Cabernet Sauvignon. Flavours of blackberries, violets, graphite, bitter chocolate and rocky minerality. Fine tannins channel the fruit beautifully.Le Cupole was born from a skilful assembly of those international vines that have adapted with great results in Tuscany, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a clear predominance of the former in the final
cut. These grapes grow in vineyards owned by the Estate of Trinoro that are more than twenty years old, located at a height of about 400-600 meters above sea level. The must ferments in steel tanks macerating for about 15 days in contact with the skins. It follows the aging, which takes place first for 8 months in barriques of second, third and fourth passage, and then continues for another 10 months in concrete. At the end of this period the wine is ready to be bottled.

The conditions are always perfect!
and more, all wines sold by us, are maintained in perfect condition, in our temperature controlled warehouses at 14 and 16 ° C, in a horizontal position and in the absence of light.
