Volnay is often described as elegant and the most feminine of burgundies.
This wine is from 20 year old vines on south-east facing slopes with chalky soils, rich in stones and gravel.

Tasting Notes: Ruby colouring. In the bouquet we find cinnamon and liquorice blending with red fruit aromas. It is dynamic in the mouth with some tenseness that ageing will sooth. (Nuiton-Beaunoy)
