We are delighted to have worked with Xanadu`s award-winning winemaker Glenn Goodall to craft this smart, focused red, exclusive to Society members, at a great price. From Margaret River, Western Australia`s cabernet central, the 2022 vintage is a blend of 95% cabernet sauvignon for body, fruit, tannin and structure, and 5% petit verdot for added upholstery and a touch of spice. The long, perfect autumn has yielded a gorgeous red with bewitching cassis, plum and blueberry notes, rounded out by time in 25% new oak barriques. You won`t need to wait too long to enjoy its youthful side, but give it time to evolve, and it will. A model of Margaret River finesse…. Drink from 2024 to 2031. 13.9%
