"Beautiful aromas of blackberry,currant and light licorice follow through to a full-bodied palate,with big and velvety tannins and a long, flavorful finish. Rich and tight wine with wonderful texture. Very well done for this estate. Best after 2010. 20,000 cases made".

"This is a beautiful, mature Bordeaux. Consumed 3/4 of the bottle with my wife, we both could've drunk the remainder, but we have to wake up tomorrow and function! Everything that is nice about Bordeaux was present in this Pauillac...Pure cassis fruit, lightly charred wood and pencil shavings, some stewed tomato or mushroom notes from the bottle aging. The tannins and acidity are perfectly balanced, it was a joy to drink And what a value! Thanks Larry!".
