There’s already a bit of development on the rim of this very dark wine. The nose is very complete and apparently unfurled, suggesting the wine is ready to drink but on the palate the tannins area still dry, dusty and a bit rustic. A very solid, characterful if rather uncompromising wine. Jancis Robinson

Recently removed from a private cellar maintaining excellent temperature and humidity. Purchased from a small number of merchants on release.
