Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is quite full and rich. There are some lovely herbal notes. Fruit salad emerges with exotic splendour. The bourbon is quite prominent with a citrussy persuasion. The wood develops with a soft spicy smoke and a palpable chewiness. The finish is of medium-length with chewy spiced oak.
