Lovers of full-bodied Australian Shiraz, be on the look out for the 2001 vintage The Dead Arm Shiraz, one of the greatest examples of this cuvee. Its dense black/purple colour is accompanied by celestial aromas of melted licorice, graphite, blackberries, cassis, incense, anise & toasty oak. Fabulously concentrated, with great purity, and unctuous texture, and an amazingly long, 60 second plus finish, this fabulous baby will cellar wonderfully & drink well over the next 20-25 years. It is a timeless museum piece made in a style that can only be produced in Barrossa or McLaren Vale.
