This is made from vines that are just outside the appellation of
Superb value white, aged and drinking beautifully.
"Pouilly Fuissé situated on the "Roche de Vergisson". Alcoholic and malolactic fermations took place entirely in barrels of which 15% were new. The wine has a very enticing bouquet of melons, peaches, pears and lychees. On the palate there is a nice touch of exotic fruit but behind that there is a good bite of acidity and a mineral character, with a twist of lemon and lime. Impeccably balanced, long in the mouth, forward and approachable. Extremely attractive already but will age well. Delicious and very highly recommended by us.
