1 x Bottle in excellent condition & always kept in a cellared enviroment.

The 2011 Noon Eclipse is pale to medium garnet-purple coloured with pronounced notes of black pepper, kirsh, black raspberries and mulberries. Very full bodied and opulent in the mouth, it has red berry preserve flavours complemented by an array of exotic spices and floral notes that are supported by refreshing, balanced acid and a medium level of finely ground tannins. It finishes very long. It is delicious now, though it will reward with cellaring and drunk best from 2015 to 2028+
